Neal has been involved with photography for over forty years.
He began his photographic career in a Police Photographic Unit where he worked for ten years before transferring to the Scenes of Crime Unit (SOCO) or as is more recently known 'Crime Scene Investigation'.
Neal spent twenty seven years working in the CSI field - as a Scene Examiner & Scene Manager, and during that time has attended hundreds of homicides & other major incidents. He is a published author in the field and has also spoken at conferences and events both in the Uk & abroad.
In 2017 Neal retired from Police work and set up his own photography business based just outside Wakefield.
Things have moved on rapidly since then and he now covers a wide variety of photographic work.
He is particularly in demand in the burlesque and cabaret fields and has now been official photographer for the internationally acclaimed 'Burlesque Noir' show for the last six years.
He is a 'go to' photographer for a range of performers and artistes, as well as working with other creatives capturing images on stage, on location and in the studio.
Neal's landscape photography is sold through international agencies such as Getty, Shutterstock and others and has been featured in print and online.
